Cessna 310 is a thrilling and safe aircraft for a multi-engine plane. Training and flying this aircraft is a plus with its outstanding performance and economical operation in today's cost-conscious environment.
The C310 is an excellent platform for gaining a multi-engine rating and flight time, combining the solid feel of a larger plane with the precision handling of a sporty twin.
Mighty Eighth Founder Sam Lambert utilizes the Cessna 310 as twin-engine flagship aircraft for training.

The cockpit has a standard throttle and prop quadrant with an instrument panel arrangement that includes G5 standby, G500 (PFD-MFD ), GTN 750, GTN 650, S-tech 55 autopilot ( with altitude pre-select) JPI 960 twin-primary engine monitoring, ADS-B IN/OUT ( with active traffic and weather) , Standard turn /slip, coordinator.
This combination of conventional instruments and digital flight updated avionics provides continuity from other aircraft types while adding the safety margin offered by the latest technology.

The time-building package provides hours at $1500/day, within 1.5 hr ratios. excluding fuel and instructor.
Protocols/ Procedures for Conduct of Client:
1. No Alcohol 24 Hours Prior to Flight
2. No Drug or Paraphernalia Use
3. Courteous/ Kind/ Respectful
4. Payment Made in Full Prior to Flight(s)
5. Client will meet at the FBO at Concord Padgett Regional
(airport identifier - KJQF)
at which a preflight will be conducted with the client
6. Presentation of Medical/ Certifications Prior to Flight for Verification
7. Weather is a large factor in the decision to fly – if winds are too strong or the weather is no at personal minimums flight will be rescheduled at the
convenience and respect of the client – Weather will need to be VFR for Endorsements – for Time Building, the weather is to be looked at prior and discussed as well as route the day before and day of prior to flying
8. Reviewing V-Speeds and procedures is advised prior to flight
